Has anyone here seen the concept art for the black ops? I was wondering if you think it's combine because it seems to use the same technology. If it is it could point to the government black ops joining the combine, possibly meaning they ally with xen. On another note the screen with "Freedom fighters" running away from the strider has rebreathers on them and a dead combine in the background, just thought it was kinda odd.
