Blank and black textures

When playing CS:S there are a few textures that are always blank or black (i.e. boxes, cars, barrels). When I shoot at them they become visible but then go back to being blank. I think maybe its video card thing, here are some pics.

Could this be a shader problem with my vid card is is it something I could fix?

2.4Ghz processor
1 GB of ram
Mobility Radeon 7500 (32 MB)

All I can say is that you should verify your Steam Files.

Already validated and it didnt work, thanks for the help but I just downloaded the new Omega drivers for ATI catylst and that did the trick.
