No extra cost and unlimited usage

There will be no extra charge for this increase - it's absolutely FREE. All existing monthly charges will stay the same. Also, unlike many of our competitors, we're continuing our commitment to keep services unlimited, so there's no worry about what you're using.

The details

These are the new speed changes:

* blueyonder broadband 3Mb becomes 4Mb

The flagship 3Mb service becomes even quicker - a 4Mb connection which offers speeds up to 80 times faster than dial-up access. We're also increasing the upload speed for this service to 384k. Price remains £50 a month.

* blueyonder broadband 1.5Mb becomes 2Mb

The 1.5Mb service also gets a boost to 2Mb, for the same price of £35 per month.

* blueyonder broadband 1Mb

The standard service will increase in speed from 750Kb to 1Mb, but will still cost £25 per month.

* blueyonder broadband 256Kb

The entry-level 256Kb service will remain unchanged, costing £17.99 a month. (Currently offered at £14.99. Click here for more details).

yayayayayaya, 1mb when i go home..all to myself :D
im almost as excited about this as i am about Half-life 2 in 4 days :cheese:

I didn't quote when they were doing it, as it was containing in the link but heres the quote

When will this happen?

Our engineers will start upgrading the blueyonder network from early December, and work will be completed region by region over December and January.

Once we've implemented these changes, we'll notify all customers to confirm everything is complete. Then it's simply a question of sitting back and experiencing broadband at even faster speeds!

Please note, if you are a blueyonder customer, these changes will happen automatically, so there's nothing you need to do.

Sorry, i should of said it wasnt instantly :P

Wish i lived in sweden. Wouldn't mind having one of those very nice 10mbit's they get very cheap over there ;)

lol Still on 56k. Im too tight to upgrade (not that I can anyway in my area)
