Nice find, so I wonder if T-Minus one was ment to be longer or with a different Icon, maybe this gave away too much information so new players could click 'Next' on the chapter bar and go 'OMG, Alyx is gona get pwned by a rapist slug!!!!1!!1'

There is also chapter0.vtf which is the Episode One ending on pic. Seems like they planned some Citadel destruction sequence, there is also nice cinematic physics model of Citadel getting blewn up and pieces flying everywhere.
