Calling out for concept artists - to join deadly skies ltd.

Hello,
I have recently set up an independant games company called Deadly Skies LTD.
We are looking for a game designer/concept artist who for our first few projects, these will be small Java games for mobile phones, they are solely created to start to bring in revenue to the company. Unfortunately I won't be able to offer you pay as of yet, but as soon as the company starts bring in money I will be able to.
