Can I run the game well with this?

Intel Pentium M 1.73ghz, NVIDIA GeForce 6800go, 1gb ram?

I have the orange box in hand but don't get off work for another 15 minutes.

You won't be able to run with maxed out graphics, but medium should be fine. It will still look pretty crisp. I'd still suggest trying out maximum detail, because its really worth it (if it doesnt lag)

It'll be fine on medium-high. You'll have to deal with fairly long loading times, though, that CPU is quite slow.
