Cant Jump

Cant jump in Chapter 13: Our Benefactors. So i am stucked near little fence near beam. Restarting game not helped. Plz help

My friend had the same exact problem. He told me he was stuck and couldn't figure out what to do on that part and I thought he was being retarded. Well it turns out he couldn't jump and thought it wasn't supose to be able too after losing all his weapons and stuff. We didn't want to no clip it since we don't like cheatings. So what we ultimately had to do was start a new game and select Chapter 13 as the beginning chapter and go from there. It doesn't really matter if you're restarting because at the beginning you lose all your weapons anyway and get the blue gravity gun. That's the only solution we could come up with.

near little fence from where further i can see beam, but main thing in all that 13th level i cant jump at all, like any gravity field activated

It's beacuse tha manipulator gets so heavy.. You must take a screen or control panel and "shoot" yourself over the fence.. Walk up on the screen and shoot a few times with the manipulator on it when you are standing on it. It will flip you over or something like that. (first post..)

Mariaxus isn't crazy. I just had the exact same problem at the same place. Is this a known bug?
