Can't play HL2DM\DoD: S\CS: S

Everytime I want to play DoD: S, it comes up with a message saying that my Steam ticket has expired. After I login, I try to launch it again, and I get the same again. When I try with HL2DM OR CS: S, it says the servers are too busy to handle my request. I am verifying files now.

Where's that? I could just mail you like 3-5 euros or something btw, lol. Oh yeah, I live and go to school in Halle. EDIT: It does work for DoD now.

It's near Vilvoorde (Or if you don't know that, it's also near Zaventem)
