change map on server

i created a lan game so i could just fool around in, but there is no option for me to change the map to what i want? is there a console command or somthing???

in the console type map "mapname" ex: map dm_lockdown

i did it but it says i do not have the map... i downloaded the map through a server on steam... do i have to dl it off the internet and put into folder to work?

you running the server through the game or dedicated??

im using the dedicated... should i not do that? if so what is the other way?

BTW, use changelevel, not map because if you use map it kicks everyone of the server.
