Changing Music?

I have GCF Scape and I'm in the sounds directory. Can I swap out mp3s so when that perticular song is played, the new song will play? And if not, what do I need to do? I'd like to change the menu music, preferably.

I'm not 100% on this but lets say you want to replace HL2_song3.mp3
Get the song you want to replace it and name it HL2_song3.mp3
Then in windows(not GCF scape) put this into
Valve/Steam/SteamApps/username/half-life 2/hl2/sound/music
Create any folders that don't exist. Pretty much just put it into the folders that correspond to the ones in GCF Scape. If you delete that file then it sould return to normal.

yeah like he said find the directory of the song that plays at the beggining and put it at the appropriate folder named the same as the original.
