chapter in the works?

so i was on these forums a few days ago and someone was saying how u can change the amount of damage the enemies can take and u listed all the enemies in the hl2 files and in the hl2 files it has the hydra and icyathrous or w/e and the bullsquid and all that stuff so idk how it all works im obviously no technical genious but could this mean that new levels are bein created with those enemies? just a thought

well, it could have something to do with an expansion. i dont know, i probably wrong.
