cheats...

as you can imagin I've played Half-Life 2 like... a trillion times ( ok not that much ) just for the fact that it kicks ass ( but i dont have to convince you oviously.) and I've played through it a few times with some cheats but I'd like to know... how come alot of them dont work for me? the following cheats dont work:

give weapon_(stunstick,alyxgun,annabelle)

give weapon_annabelle just make my current shot gun only hold 2 rounds at a time and disables the alt-fire and i lose access to my pulse rifle.

give weapon_alyxgun give me the gun but makes it really big or something... i cant really see it.

and give weapon_stunstick... well... it just doenst do anything..


and how in the world do you play though the whole game with the D.E. Grav-gun? I've found a cheats some where that supposed to be for D.E. grav-gun but it just say : Gravegun_Max_Mass_1000. this ofcorse would just make the orange one stronger (right?), but even that doent work... can some one please help me out and let me know why these dont work?

give weapon_annabelle gives you Fr Gregori's winchester. It is not a shotgun, it uses magnum ammo and has perfect acuracy. You can still access your pulse rifle with the mouse wheel IIRC.

The Alyx gun's first person model was never finished. What shows up is the third person model floating infront of you. You can alternate it between semi-auto and full auto with the secondary fire button.

You aren't supposed to be able to get a stunstick, all it does it give you suit power.

Only problem is, if you try picking up the jeep the game crashes.

ok... I've tryed that going to the last level, then first level thing... i can try it again but last time it didnt work, i just game me what ever weapons your supposed to have at that point in time...

and i dont want to sound rude or anything but please, i know what its doing and i know that when i type in the cheats for annabelle it uses the shot gun model and and every time i try to reload it only reloads the "shot gun" with 2 rounds. i can go back and get the original shot gun but cant get annabelle back.

Since you never use it it was never given it's own first person model or animation (first and second person models are different, otherwise it would look crap)
It is not a shotgun, it simply uses the model and only holds 2 bullets at once (which are shared with your magnum)

And when trying to use the blue-grav-gun cheat did you remember to use
give weapon_physcannon

Yes, and when you use it it uses the shotgun model but is not a shotgun.

oh!!! well... thats kinda lame... oh well...

oh! and dude... i got the DE gun and stuff ( thanx again ) but now no one even tries to hurt me and im invinible... i didnt put notarget or god mode on. why does it do this and how can i make it not do this cuz its really kinda lame play'n with the DE gun when no one even try to touch you... i could see why not but they still all run up to me and just stare at me and if i walk into the they have the nerve to push me so i say : "punk! die!" and blast his ass into the next world!!!

ps: its hella funny shoot'n the civilians with the DE gun... i made like a million of one guy and just beat the crap out of him!!!

Are you on the trainstation level? You know, the one where you can't die and metrocops don't attack you yet?

nope... its stared when you go in the tunnle after barney ( or how ever you spell his name) give you the crowbar and you go past all the trains then you go down the tunnle where it tell you how to use the flash light then the loading screen then that chick is all like: "help me!" and stuff. that theres that dead guy there and one of the combine dudes come up and smacks me with the stun stick and i killed him then the other guy with the 9mm runns up up to me and just stops and looks at me and i say: " what f**ck are you look'n at!!! " and of corse he says nothing so i just shoot him and im on my way out side and the guy at the top of the stairs is just standing there and im like... get the hell out of my way you homo! it was kinda funny cuz after i got to the other side of the train and into that beat down house, all the guys that are supposed to show up did... but there where all just standing there looking at each other not knowing what to do... like there where up there on a smoke break or something...

Fix it from the console. Its simple, just enable the ai. 0 is off and 1 is on i think,
Or maybe it was just on, i dont remember.
