choking to death

usually i play with 0 loss and 0 choke. but since yesterday ive been playing with HUGE amounts of choke. its normally like 50-70 but will go from 20 to 100.
im even getting it on my own server (hostes on the computer im playing on).
anyone know why?

Are you on wireless network?
Yes: Then this can easily be the problem if others are using your speed of if the access point are installed incorectly.
No: Uhmmm then its a bit more tricky but AFAIK its usually a problem with the ISP wich can only be sorted by them - or by getting a new ISP.

Wait maybe some1 with the new StarWars cheat have engaged a cmd_darkside_choke_always command on you..

no wireless. its gone back to normal for internet play.
but im still getting it own my own computer
