City 1,2,...17

This is kinda crazy and has no basis on anything whatsoever except for the fact that i just saw Matrix: part dos on HBO recently. What if they (I dunno combine, whoever) have these citys built as a test. Like theyre testing something out like a military device or something. So far every city has failed. And they are now on test 17. Black Mesa could have been one of those test #'s. That could explain those "failures the G-man talked about in Op4. If they are protecting a teleportation device then perhaps this is the 17th one? Black Mesa's was destroyed right?

--On a side note i should come to the rumors board more often. This stuffs actually interesting

You could be right there - although I'm inclined to believe it's actually a real city rather than a cover for an experiment.
