Close Caption !!! Funny thing but why ?

Why would they put this on ? Gun shoot/ Dead zombie/Combin radio chatter ? Does anyone use this or seen funny things about it ?

some deaf people play compy games to. they're just branching it out so everyone can have a crack at the game.

Apparently because of the way the sound system works it was incredibly easy for them to simply display a text message for every major sound being played in close captioning. Since it was so easy they probably decided they might as well go all the way and make the game friendly for deaf people.

the sound system doesnt differ in the basic from past games.
the same feature could be modded pretty easy

however its NOT easy to decide WHAT sounds u are captioning.
u dont wanna caption wall impacts, footsteps and stuff.
