I noclipped through a wall and found this guy... not sure if it's been posted before, but I did a quick search and didn't find anything. If this is old, then just delete this post.

Wow, never seen that one before, was it behind a wall when breen is talkin to it on the screen?

yeah... you can find a similar thing in "red-letter day" when Breen is talking on the screens, except he has no legs... this thing looks like it's complete though. It's just in a little room near the start of Dark Energy.

it's the same model
and he's an Advisor, not an overlord

must be the model for the short sequence where you can see the advisor on the screen.

Have you tried killing him with your grav gun

it has attack animations, but I never tried to fight it. wonder if it can be killed
