Excellent website. I find that I agree with almost everything it says, except the bit that the GMan arranged the resonance cascade - I believe there is not enough evidence to suggest that GMan or Breen arranged it, though it's certainly possible. Other than that, I believe everything is spot on correct.

Nothin', it's just that he states it's his view on what happened. Not VALVe's.

All the stuff in there (except for the Air Exchange part, there's no evidence that it's happening in HL2, it's from Raising the Bar, from an old script) can be found by playing the game, doesn't have to be a Valve site to know this stuff.
