Contracted Vamp Disease!

I was fighting vampires and got some disease. It's the disease that leads to becoming a vampire.

I remember reading somewhere that it takes a while for you to actually become a vampire. I don't want to be a vampire, is there some way to cure this disease before it sets in? I'm going to go try to find a church or cathedral!

Ep, nevermind, I took a wild guess and headed to *spoiler*, and each loading screen directed me exactly where to go, and I'm cured.

I thought when you got vampirism you could decide after a day or two if you wanted it or not anyway.

Ya, If you do become a vampire and you don't really want too, it's gonna take forever to get it off your character...and by the way, you WILL become a vampire, one time or another. I got bitten by a vampire when I was asleep in some inn, and immediatly became a vampire.

I don't know, but rather than go through quests gathering ingredients (I'd rather sell that stuff), I knew I didn't want to do that with this character, so I nipped it in the bud.

Like I said in another thread, I've got something like a Paladin which is really heavily aligned with the 'good' (non-evil) side.

hmmm. Load old save for the win. I save often, but I turned all the auto-saves off, to prevent the game from screwing me. (Sometimes - just for fun/experimenting - I just go on a rampage killing civilians and breaking into every thing and then I just reload like it never happened)

I once got up a 17k bounty by accident. After then it has been good to save often...

That vampire thing sounds lame too. Lucky I don't have to sleep anymore, because of this weird levelling mod thing.

I once murdered the whole tavern of bravil and my last save was pretty far... So I just payed 1500.. (Even though I killed 6 people and a guard.)
