Converting Ragdolls/NPCs to Player Models

I'm new to Garrys Mod and I have only been at it for about a week. I only know the basics of custom content. I need to know how to convert my Captain Falcon ragdoll to a Player Model. I already know that you have to make a lua file burt I really don't know how to do that. Please help.
