Count Down to the End of Summer Days

Well here in New York Summer is officially over in about 2 hours.

I have a ATI voucher loaded into my PC, HL2 preloaded (as much as they released so far) and hopes that shortly we will get some type of news on the RC.

But for some reason I am not as confident as I was at this time last year, I have suspected for some time that there has been some type of issues between VU and Valve, and that some of these issues were going to have the potential to push back HL2. I am just hoping that VU in particular is smart enough to get the game out ASAP knowing that they possibly can recoup what they consider lost profits later from Valve, or that the two parties will settle on an compensation level for VU now for STEAM sales.

Let us hope another season does not pass before we can play this game.

summer isn't technicaly over until the 30th of September, however the chances of Valve meeting their projected summer release are one in one Billion.

I live in the north east (in New England)....no snow yet. But the temp got down to 40 (around 5 celcius I believe) this past week end.

at least some decent games are coming out soon.. like tribes vengeance... however I would never have considered purchasing it if hl2 were out... hey maybe thats why VU are holding up the gold announcement/release (heh kidding)
