if you have problems viewing the browse page, and have to keep logging in and logging out, just open up a browser to this page instead:

and keep refreshing.

then it unlocked cs:s and now Im updating.

btw, you don't actually get a message when your purchase has gone through, you'll have to try opening CS:Source or something to see if it unlocks.
