countering doom 3

I'd say after farcry and this Doom1 remake people will be dieing for a game that really has a story!, and true charactor interaction.

After the Half life remake people will be dieing for some original game.

Or does that not count cos your fanboy logic didnt quite look that far into your posts loopholes?

Sod the old E3 vids. I want all new screens and videos. Nothing too revealing, just a little more action to admire and salivate over. Given the games complete state, that cant be too hard, can it Valve?!

i don't think it is in their best interest to divert people from doom 3 cause doom 3 has its own fan base just like hl 2 and millions of people will be buying it world wide... plus valve has the steam thing going so content dilvery is next gen if you have adsl.. and most of you should cause its becoming rediculasly cheaper..

i for one have been having all these cool scenario dreams about the game and how the source should be able to handle the way i wanna play.. ooo ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo yaaaaaaaaaaa mmmmmmmmmmmmm.....

Just a handful of topics on Doom 3. There were dozens of "DOOM 3 GONE GOLD!" threads posted in HL2 General that were closed immediately. There's even a sticky regarding the influx of "DOOM 3 GOLD!" threads.

ALOT of people here love Doom 3 and want it as much/if not more than HL2.

both games are gonna do well regardless of when they are released.

nope!! only doom 3 has an endorsement from ben affleck... HL2 is gonna bomb like Gigli was sucessful!
