I am so mad...... My Hl2 disk is broke yes you heard me right BROKE! I guess someone knocked it off my computer desk at the Super Bowl party last knight and steped on it. Now I have to go and buy a new one or somthing.... I might just play Battlefield 2. Oh wait I have to buy that to because I was to lazy to buy BF2 when I went to the store! :frown: :frown: :frown: :frown: :frown: :frown:

you dont? I tried earlyer and it said please insert the HL2 CD

One of the updates to HL2 from VALVe was a no CD patch. You should be able to delete and re-download all the HL2 files. As long as your CD key for HL2 is registered on Steam, you should be able to play on any comp after logging in to Steam. All the files would have to download to that comp though.
