Crash to desktop

I have just talked with that norwgian guy, who knows a lot about the artifact thing.

But when i escape in the boat and when it starts to load, the game crashes to desktop, any idea how i could fix this?

use the search button, that's what it's there for. Actually you probably won't have to use the search button, the answer is probably on this page.

Its a well know problem.

You've gotta get round it using the console.

I juist don't have the commands on hand.

Make sure you do exactly as it written.

have to made sure you use "changelevel2" and not just "changelevel" ?

And if I keep my stuff when I arrive at the Taxi I loose it if I enter a new area.

This solution worked for me, but when speaking to the Prince afterwards, I can't say anythinh about the quest en when I speak to Becket, he thinks I haven't been there yet! My quest log says I have to report to the Prince though. Very odd, I can't get further in the game now.
