Createing Half Life 2 videos

Hey every one,

I was browseing though half life 2 videos on google video (Click here) and I came across this video. Click here.

I really enjoyed watching this video. Haveing no knowledge on animation or Half life 2 mod/level makeing can any one recommand any thing I could do to accomplish such of effect my self?

There are console commands to record a demo, I'll dig them out.

Here:
Record demo_______________record <demo name>
Stop recording demo________stop
Play recorded demo_________play <demo name>

yeha, theres console commands, also if u just want a simple 1st person view recording u can just get fraps....works well enough for most applications...just make sure u have a strong setup(hd space/vidcard)
