After a slightly unlikely weekend of intensive work, the second MINERVA map is near completion.

I had been going to wait until the whole of Metastasis was finished before releasing it (the final bits are near-complete from a geometry point of view) - but I'm not so sure.

So I thought I'd better ask.

Release soon, or release later, with a full, explosive conclusion to Metastasis? Decisions... ;-)

Personally I'm in no hurry. I won't be able to play it until the Easter break anyway (perhaps this applies to a lot of your fans).

As far as what I want, I'd prefer to have a polished version released, regardless of how long this portion would be. If this means that you have a second Ep ready but not the later stuff, then you should release Ep 2 and work on Ep 3. I think once people have played 2 Eps you'll get more feedback on what they reckon to the overall mod, and you can use that feedback to make sure Ep 3 delivers in any areas that might be underdeveloped up until that point.

I'd also recommend putting episodes 1 and 2 together in a download if possible, as this will bring in anyone who didn't play it first time around without the hassle of them having to download two files.

I voted episodic. I am ready for more minerva right now. It would probably be cool with a big complete release, but you can have that anyway when you release the conclusion.

I voted all at once, but episodic is great to. As long as the content is as polished and awesome as the last one, you can release it however the hell you want :thumbs:
