Demo Smoothing [Server Side] Help REQ

I'm not really sure where this post belongs, but I think this is the most likely place that I'll find help:

I'm attempting to create a video using a server demo of a match played recently. However I'm having problems with making a 'camera track' using the Demo Smoother tools.

If anyone could point me in the direction of some (any) information pertaining to the use of the Demo Smoother tool it would be greatly appreciated. I've found one or two bits of information, but nothing that really goes in to any real detail - and nothing that discusses using the tools with a server side demo.
