Desperately need help

Okay, this problem sounds stupid but its driving me nuts. I just got to "our benefactors" and im at the first point that you reach a dead end and need to blow a generator. My problem is that it seems that i need to jump over a gate to reach my destination, but it won't let me jump.

I had the same problem pop up last night. If you did a search you'd have your answer. You gotta reload the map from the beginning.

Yup. Sadly it's a bug. You should be able to jump but the bug prevents you from doing so. Because it is mean.
