Differnt HL2 types.

I returned a broken router to Best buy and decided to get Half Life 2. I have been wanting to play the game since I got back from Iraq last October when I thought it was going to be out that september but I was unable to, obviously.

Anyways, so I beat HL2 and as with all things I have an interest in I decide to seek out a community and easily come across this place. I soon found out that with half life silver you can get HL1 source and soon to come out DOD: source.

I was dissappointed 'cause this opion is only $5 more than what I paid and I would eally like to go back and play HL1: source instead of those old disks I have stashed somewehre. I never beat HL1 but now I want to. Sad, yes, but I was into multiplayer at the time.

Has anyone heard if there is an option to get HL1 source or DOD source for a fee or maybe free somewhere? I want HL1 source but I don't want to buy a whole 'nother silver package just to play it.

As of now there's no option to get them seperately, most likely sometime in the future, though.
Don't worry too much, you're not missing anything. Half-Life: Source is the same game with ragdoll physics, pretty water, and some new sounds (I find the new door sounds at the beginning very annoying).
