Meh, I wouldn't worry. Xbox hl2 had very nice aiming capabilities. Better even than Halo imo. I think if you beat Halo on Legendary then Xbox 360 + ep2 will be awesome.

Yes there's a lot of games that has an option to disable auto-aim.

It depends on the developers. If they want players to be able to plug in a keyboard and mouse, go right ahead. Unfortunately there aren't very many that do this though, probably due to the fact that it will make the game uneven.

Unreal Tournament and Half-Life, the only games that I'm aware of, had the option for mouse and keyboard support on the Playstation 2.

Yeah, but the only reason that I call it the Piece of Shit #3 is because it doesn't have any exclusive games that are worth the price, it doesn't have any better graphics that Xbox 360, only that it makes everything shinier so it LOOKS more high tech, and that they say it's the most powerful gaming engine of the year... Pfft...

That's the only thing.

Plus the sleek design for something so worthless is just a sales perk.

But yeah, the controls should be fine. And i don't think you'd WANT to disable auto aim, because it'd be ridiculously hard. :|

Most console FPS' have auto-aim of some sort. Except it doesn't really snap onto the target, it is actually more "sticky" I guess you could say. So if you move a small amount and the game recognizes that you are aiming at someone, it won't take you off.

It's too small to really notice though.

Oh, and no you can't plug in KB + Mouse. In fact, I recall reading in a technical interview that your game won't get certified if it allows this behavior on the 360, or rather no game that has been cert'ed has had this functionality. PC is fine to support both since it supports both controllers natively. With the 360, they would have to do some underlying changes to the code to work things out, which I don't see them messing with.

As I understand it, your view/crosshair won't automatically follow enemies but your bullets will tend to drift towards them a little if your aim is a little off.

Doesn't that happen in easy mode on the PC version anyway? I'm pretty sure, at the very least, that the pulse rifle's energy balls will bounce at enemies in order to kill as many as possible.
