Used to play this ages ago back when it was originally a mod and had pretty much forgotten about it. A few weeks back I saw that dod:s was only 6 quid and thought it would help pass the time at lunch brakes at work.

And its damn good fun, Really like the feel and weight of the weapons. Its nice dropping people in a few shots and its really satisfying dropping people with the rifles.

The German rifle doesn't seem great anymore, the accuracy seems to have gone down as well as the damage. With a decent hit people will die but the lack of accuracy can make that hard. Other then that really liking how quick it is to just pick up, play and have fun!

Yeah it was the first game I really got into. I must have spent like 5 years playing it.

Not so much a fan of new dod, probably because I never played it enough to get as good at it.
