Does anybody remember this artist's name?

Could someone tell me about the artist who made the image in your concept art called "metro.jpg"? i remember it was a girl, and she had her profile in the old valve website, but she appears no more; She used to have a really nice blog where she told about some tips in photoshop and illustrator, please some body remember the name? i need to find her website again.

Only Valve employee artist I know of is Dhabih Eng. He runs Sijun which has some tutorials and the forums have a lot of the top talent in its membership.
