Are you implying that the omittence of the disclaimer that says the release date isn't yet determined means that EB knows when it's coming out accurately, and thus it can be inferred that the 06-30-2004 shipping date is accurate?

Seems kind of weak to me, it could easily be an oversight. But then again, it might not, who knows?
