Downloading Orange Box without Steam?

Hey, is there any way I can download the Orange box without steam? I'm limited to 500mb/day where I stay, but I can download unlimited if I download it to my linux server, then ftp it to my computer. I guess it doesn't track FTP usage.

Is there any binaries, zips, or game files I can download directly?

I just can't download over HTTP.
