I don't know what he was talking about. I pulled this off another message board.

Here is a picture for comparison.

Short, thinning hair combed to one side, with a pronounced forehead. Real-life Breen's eyebrows are thinner, but they appear to have the same eye color. Nose is slightly different but they both have a downward point to them. Large ears, both have unattached earlobes. Beard is the exact same style. Note the look on both their faces; the corners of their lips have a sharp downward curve.

Suit is almost exactly the same, although RL Breen's suit is checkered. They are both wearing black turtlenecks.

He is speaking about the future.
