I found this rather early in the game but i didn't feel like creating a new topic about it because i was too busy playing the game 
I took a screenshot nontheless, tought it would be all over this forum by now, you guys rushed trough the game or what?

The old HEV recharger panel from HL1!
It can be found on the platform in the upper corner of the level where Alyx gives you the grav-gun, after she asks you to pull stuff with the grav-gun, i started just doing that for about 15 minutes straight and found that old thing lying flat on a platform
