Enlarging Models

I have seen people do this left and right, but I want to know how, and no one tells me. How do you make ragdolls, your player, or even dumpsters and such bigger then normal? I mean, on par with skyscraper big.

The game is sick, generally i hate garry's mod
Why would it have anything, they don't even use a shit from it, doubt it could get worse.
Garry's mod sucks :|

Put a model in the skybox. That's the only way I know how to make something bigger.

How would I go about putting a model in the skybox?

You have to noclip out of the map and find a smaller version of the map (not really, but thats the best I can describe it). Put a model there, go back, and look at the sky.
