I'm having trouble with running it, when I try to play it says 'old video driver' or something. Okay. I try to update it. When I reboot my PC it's all screwed up and running in 16 colors and 640 resolution. And it still doesn't work. I Uninstalled the new driver and intalled the old again. Weird thing is that EpOne ran fine on the first day... then it got all weird ...
What's going on?

Its only an advisory. You can click "Continue anyway" and it will work fine. If the new driver screwed your PC up, you prob installed the wrong one. Tell us your card and we will find the correct driver for you.

Always remove the old drivers first. Don't install the updated ones with the old ones already there. And you can be guaranteed you'll be resetting your system at least twice. Resetting solves most problems.

It's a Radeon 9600 ... something... I think that's it

I resetted lots of times, how do I remove the old driver? wont the system ... um go crazy or something without a driver?

No, windows will just auto install some standard ones when you reboot. You will get a low res, low colour display. Then you can reinstall with the correct drivers, which you can find here (35 meg)

****s sake, can't direct link. Go to the link above and click "Windows XP Drivers and Software" - "RADEON" - "Catalyst 6.7 Windows XP - Driver Download" - Then download the top one (download 2 of 2 from the high speed section)

Thanks, man... do you think that's why it's not working? because it does run sometimes, and freezes after about a minute... If I turn off anti-aliasing, otherwise it wont work at all ... gah, I'm so curious about the storyline!!!

And how do I uninstall the ol driver? ... sorry for being a n00b

Start --> Configuration Screen --> Software --> ATI uninstall tool.

Run it, reboot computer, install new driver you just downloaded from Link's link :p

Then reboot once more. There, see? I told you you'd have to reboot at least twice to get the new drivers working.
