From a vortigaunt in the HL2 secret cave you can find after you beat the Mine-Spewing hunter chopper at the dam. Just found that interesting is all... Guess that phrase may not have been in direct relation to the alyx scene after all.

I had always assumed it was a reference back to what a Vort had already said, as opposed to what a Vort will say in Ep 2.
