Episode Two teaser trailer doesn't work

I completed the game and saw the "coming soon" shown after the last chapter. I click on the image and press the play button but it never does anything. I can start any of the other chapters but not the teaser. Any suggestions?

Yeah, I have the same problem. The game quits to desktop and then it does nothing. But if I play and complete the last chapter again, it will quit to desktop and then go and play the teaser without problem.

Or you can find the teaser in x:\xxx\Steam\SteamApps\[email protected]\half-life 2 episode one\episodic\media

I thought that myself first time, why has it just restarted. When the valve or whatever it is screen comes up don't press Esc or you will just skip the trailer, just sit back and enjoy.

I get a weird codec problem with blocks of colour
if I load it up in MPC outside of the game it works fine
