Error on DM dedicated server

I was able to setup 2 CS:S servers with very little issues after reading the proper instructions and tutorials but this one is not working out so well for me.

After allowing the hldsupdate tool to download all the needed files I made a shortcut to that directory and setup my parameteres as follows.

c:\hl2dmserver\srcds.exe -console -game hl2mp -maxplayers 24 -ip address 69.45.153.209 -port 27015

Seems to start ok but then I get these errors in the console window.

I have a feeling its something stupid and I know I am gonna kick myself when I find out.

1. Does the server still run ok?
2. What map is being loaded (where are you defining that anyway)

The server does not show up on the master list at all. I dont believe I added the map function to the server.cfg file. Is thier a default server.cfg file I can download for HL2DM? I want to compare it to mine but can not find one anywhere.
