(2400+ athlon, 9800pro, 768 ram) and ONLY when starting hl2 and gmod (css, dod:s, hl2dm do not get this error and run fine) I get this error message in Hl2:

and when starting gmod I get this message which is probably related to the hl2 error:

When examined it opens to this:
This does not appear to be the normal datacache error my searches have resulted in finding due to the face that mine crashes before the menu is loaded
Deleting the datacache.dll so steam creates a new one did not work, If it helps, I do have other steam accounts on the network, should I try copying some files over or does anyone else know something to do?
