ever since the last steam update

I havn't been able to play with the screen maximized.if I do
maximize it I get a white bar acrooss the top and the aiming is off! and it won't let you quit!! what gives?

dunno, but i swear, with every steam update, the program gets more and more haunted : /

It's just teething problems, atleast fixes will be quicker and not have to wait months to release big 100mb+ patches when they can just fix things that crop up as and when.

Also check your system, could be drivers or something else, isn't always steam's fault.
