there is a lack of speaking about this mod even though its quite popular. obviously its an alpha so bugs are expected but I didnt like the huge lag and frequent server crashes. when its good its brilliant though.

I also think it will be rendered almost pointless by Q1 next year. Unless there are other aspects apart from Portals, somone will use the actual Portal game technology to make a better MP Portal game.

I have to agree with Zunni on this. The portal gun seems really suited for either puzzle based fps a la portal or SP fps (again based on a puzzle situation).

I love it. Simple and fiendishly fun. It's also kind of funny that they beat Portal to release by a few months, and they probably only started development when Portal was first announced, if not later.
