I have two problems...

First when using the smoother in the demoui I cannot seem to remove the viewmodel (weapon I'm carrying) from the screen. Usually "impulse 200" toggles it off and on, but that doesn't seem to work in the smoother. How have those of you who have made video's using it removed the weapon? I also tried "cl_viewmodel 0" from CS:S but that didn't work either.

My other problem is that when I export footage from a demo ("startmovie 30"), I have recently lost audio. The "30.wav file exporting with the .tga's has no information in it (1kb). Anybody else getting this or know how to fix it?

Thanks in advance.

You can use either impulse 200 or r_drawviewmodel 0.

I don't exactly know why you can't have any audio. Are you sure you have enough drive space? A good thing would be to limit the FPS (and thus TGA's) in the movie. 30 FPS is more than enough and the (untrained) human eye can't see any changes in FPS unless it's under 20. Just type this in the console to limit your fps:
fps_max X (X being your maximum amount of FPS)

Hmm. I'll try "r_drawviewmodel 0", thank you.

Drive space may have been the problem now that you mention it. I've since unistalled a few gigs worth of stuff so I'll try it again.

Thanks for your input.
