You see stuff like that all the time doing disections (not that I've disected a baby, I do eat them though) so that sort of thing isn't really disturbing... They look a little like hobbits. But that's inbreeding far you.

There's a baby just like that preserved in a large clear container full of fomaldehyde in the anatomy lab at the OU Health Sciences Center. I hated that thing even more than the cadavar I was dissecting. It was almost like it was staring at me. I can't remember what it's called even though I just took embryology last semester. I do remember that the skull cap doesn't close so it leaves brain tissue exposed and as a result it becomes necrotic if the children survive even a few days.
