A fossilised jawbone and teeth found in a cave in northern Spain may have belonged to one of the first human ancestors to set foot in western Europe. The hominid has been identified as Homo antecessor, or pioneer man, a possible ancestor of both our own species and Neanderthals. The fossils date from between 1.1m and 1.2m years ago.

So we are now basing every first europeans on 1 being?

My god, my hypothesis is correct. All humans are directly descended from Micheal Chiklis.

D: I don't think he'd understand what we were saying, but he'd beat our asses into the mud anyway...

Well, Shrek IS Pseudo-Scottish, and some Glaswegians don't look a hundred miles from the guy on the right (you know, the healthy looking one with skin).

Sir, it is an affront to God's bounteous creation! Would you have me believe that I am descended from such a creature, and my grandfather an...actress? I can tell you, sir, that my grandmother was a very reputable lady, and although she may have had a big nose, she did not appear in a single picturisation of the Fantastic Four.

What about the loveable, ebonic spewing, short and rough, donkey?
