Ah yes, i got stuck here as well, what you need to do is get up to the top level, by following the building around till you reach a little beam to walk along, look around for a big horse in front of you, and go toward that, you then jump down to the street.

That's the bit right after. What you've got to do at that point is wait until one of the striders comes around and blasts a hole there.
