I can't get past this. I have updated Steam and gone through the validation and still freeze at the load screen. I have a Dell Insprion 8200 laptop with a 2G processor and 512MB of RAM. My video card is a NVIDIA GEFORCE4 440 GO. I have installed the latest drivers. It still doesn't run. I can run Doom3 and Far Cry with no problem, just not Half-Life2. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
