FriendsUI.dll not loading

When i try to open steam/open any games an error message appears(posted)i checked the friends folder the dll is there then i removed it(it automatically puts a new 1 there) still nothing! what do i do (will post pic)

but wouldnt that get rid of mygames along with it and id have to start over !? i have to many gamesinstalled >.< and near completion!!!

Searched Google and still nothing also I have made a copy of the folder and tried messing with the original and nothing -_- (my system restore wont work aslo) I would like to find a way of fixing this porblem without loosing game data thnx!!!

Well, you can use the backup function of Steam.

Then, just reinstall Steam.
